The Royal Oak Industrial Estate and the Cummins Engines are a 2 min drive away. All the other industrial estates in Daventry are nearby.
Simpson's Apartments in Rugby consist of two apartments which are situated just off the A426 on the north side of Rugby. Tesco Express or Aldi are a 10 minute walk, whilst the Elliott's Field Shopping Complex is a 5 minute drive, where you have an excellent range of stores and food outlets.
